General Description

Interated solutions for the manufacture and design of machinery for the distribution and automatic replacement of lubricants with level monitoring and nano-filtration systems for the preservation of lubricants.

The Birth of Automated Lubrication Systems

Turbo-machinery is critical dynamic equipment with large monthly oil consumption. The Lubricant is used to replace levels and/or directly lubricate. It is therefore necessary that the turbo-machinery has a System adequate for the Control of Cleanliness and Automatic Distribution of Lubricating oil.

Objective

  • To refill and monitor the oil level in reservoirs of turbo-machinery.
  • To avoid failures in rotating equipment through lack of lubricant level.
  • To avoid injuries and accidents to personnel caused by bad lubrication practices.
  • To contribute to environmental protection by avoiding oil spills often associated with traditional lubrication practices.
