On November 11 and 12, our company Lubritech Argentina actively participated in the Argentine Tribology Conference, organized by the Argentine Association of Tribology (AAT), an institution dedicated to promoting and disseminating tribology knowledge in the country.
This year’s event was particularly meaningful for our Group, as the General Manager of Sicelub Lubritech was elected President of the AAT for the 2025–2026 term, assuming the responsibility of continuing to strengthen this discipline, which is essential for industry.
Throughout the two days, we engaged with the leading tribology professionals in Argentina, sharing experiences, technological approaches, and current challenges related to lubrication, wear, friction, and rotating equipment reliability.
At the closing session, the Association’s President emphasized a powerful message:
Tribology is not only strategic for industry, but for an entire Nation.
International technical studies show that proper application of this science can generate savings equivalent to 1% of a country’s GDP, through reduced failures, improved energy efficiency, optimized maintenance, and extended asset life.
