Over the past three months, the Lubritech Spain team has successfully completed more than 30 High Velocity Oil Flushing projects, supporting our customers during the commissioning and maintenance of critical lubrication and hydraulic systems.
These projects have been carried out at Spanish refineries, gas processing plants, and one of the most significant industrial developments currently underway: the construction of a new chemical plant in Portugal.
Every project is engineered to meet the highest international standards. Our procedures are aligned with the latest edition of ASTM D6439, which raised the turbulent flow criterion from Reynolds numbers above 4,000 to above 10,000, reflecting today’s best practices for cleaning lubrication and hydraulic systems.
To achieve these results, we utilize high-capacity flushing units, high circulation flow rates, and high-efficiency filtration systems, ensuring the effective removal of particles and contaminants. Every project is supported by rigorous quality control, continuous contamination monitoring, and strict Safety, Quality and Environmental procedures throughout the entire operation.
The result is a highly effective cleaning of piping, reservoirs, valves, and rotating equipment, reducing commissioning risks, improving asset reliability, and extending the service life of lubrication and hydraulic systems.
