Lubritech has successfully completed a key pre-commissioning project for lubrication and hydraulic systems at a major mining operation, in close coordination with the sector’s leading construction company.

The scope of work was performed on newly installed systems, including the gyratory crusher (primary crusher), apron feeder, and rock breaker hydraulic system. The primary objective was to guarantee internal cleanliness, airtightness, mechanical integrity, and maximum operational reliability of these critical assets prior to their official start-up.

To meet strict industry standards, our technical team deployed a comprehensive engineering plan that included:

  • Line conditioning and bypass installation.

  • Forced oil circulation under turbulent flow conditions for the effective removal of solid contaminants.

  • Vacuum drying and line blowing.

  • Pressure testing up to 5000 psi, validating the strength and sealing of pipes, hoses, and components.

Process quality was backed by continuous monitoring using state-of-the-art technology, featuring a PAMAS particle counter to conduct analyses under ISO 4406 and NAS standards. The results confirm optimum cleanliness and operating conditions, ensuring a safe operational startup for critical equipment.

We would like to extend a special congratulations to our field personnel for their technical excellence and commitment to safety : Jose Zavala López, Benjamin Zapata Flores, Julio Guerrero, and Yogrey Infante. This milestone reaffirms our commitment to lubrication engineering solutions and asset reliability for heavy industry.
