Lubritech Argentina S.R.L., part of the Sicelub Lubritech Group, has successfully completed a comprehensive Industrial Chemical Cleaning project on the gas lines of the J-3517 A/B – HDS2 Compressors at YPF – Luján de Cuyo Refinery, Mendoza, Argentina.
Over 16 days, our specialized team performed a complete scope including bypass installation, leak testing, Flushing, degreasing, pickling, neutralization, passivation, corrosion inhibition, draining and drying. The process effectively removed oxides, grease, oils and manufacturing residues, ensuring a cleaner and more reliable system before start-up.
Despite the complexity of the project, which required field modifications and continuous coordination with YPF personnel, the work was successfully executed through day and night shifts while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality and schedule compliance.
