We share recent information about a Flushing and Varnish Removal job carried out by Sicelub Ibérico on a Turbocompressor in Spain.

The system, containing more than 6,000 liters of oil, showed a high level of varnish contamination.
During a scheduled shutdown, our team performed the injection of a varnish-dissolving additive together with the new lubricant charge.

Through an external heating system and controlled circulation throughout the unit, varnish deposits adhered to internal surfaces were effectively dissolved and captured.
After several hours of circulation, the entire oil charge was drained at high temperature to completely remove the dissolved varnish.

Subsequently, new oil was loaded, and a high-efficiency filtration process was started, improving the ISO 4406 code from 22/19/14 to 17/15/12, meeting international standards for critical lubrication systems.

The entire project was completed on time, within scope, and under strict safety standards, ensuring the system’s reliability.

We thank our clients and technicians for their excellent work.
