Recent Projects in Peru

Our group continues performing several projects, given the high demand from our customers. During July, we would like to share with our community information of recent services in Lubritech Peru.

We got a contract for removing water and particles in a very important Refinery. We performed services in 4 Hydrogen Compressors reaching low water levels in 4 days, and ISO 4406 Codes in 3 days. We used filtration skids of 20 GPM, using filter elements of 34” with efficiency of 99.9 for particles of 3 microns. We also used a Thermojet H-4500 for removing water.

On the other hand, we got a contract in a Thermoelectrical Power Plant for performing a filtration in two Siemens turbines.

We were able to perform the jobs reaching the highest levels of safety and quality, reaching ISO Codes in 4 days per turbine.

Chemical Cleaning and Oil Flushing in Hydraulic System in Furnace

During august, our Company, Lubritech Argentina performed a cleaning chemical and high velocity oil flushing in a hydraulic system for a furnace in a very important metallurgical Company in the west of Argentina.

We performed a design of different cleaning circuits, using bypass and manifolds to reach every point of the system.

We used chemical products for initial stage, performing degreasing, acid removal, phosphatize, and passivation of internal of piping. Then, we performed high velocity oil Flushing using the original fluid of the system, reaching turbulent flows. We got different sample to analyze and find the ISO 4406 Code.

The Project was completed in the scheduled time. Customer provided a good feedback regarding Safety, Quality and results.

Training in Brazil in July

During July, our Company in Brazil, Lubritech do Brasile performed several trainings for Customers and employees. We do believe that knowledge transfer to our customers and employees is a key strategy for improving performance.

Early July, we did a first training session about contamination in lubricant for turbines, for several maintenance managers of a very important power plant company with more than 30 turbines in the country. Totally, more than 80 attendants were present in our training. Key topic was varnish prevention and removal in turbines.

Middle July we performed another training in an important Refinery in North of Brazil where more than 70 persons attended. Main topic was Oil Mist Lubrication for Centrifugal Pumps.

Lastly, we performed an internal training to our technicians about High Velocity Oil Flushing, Particle Counter analysis, and maintenance of Thermojet oil purifiers.
